Shipping policy

Orders received are shipped wihin five business days of order confirmation. We ship via UPS and USPS for shipping to the continental US., please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Shipping rates are set by UPS and USPS based upon the amount of your order and/or the weight of the products being shipped.

A physical street address is required for all shipments and bulky and/or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.

Some products are unavailable for shipment to Canada. In the event Canadian orders are placed that includes products that cannot be shipped to Canada, we will refund any charges related to the affected products and ship the remainder of the order.

Orders received are shipped wihin five business days of order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on nationally observed holidays will be shipped on the next normal business day.

If for any reason we cannot fill your order, we will contact you within seven working days (it is essential to include a contact number or email address when filling out the order form). A full refund will be placed on your credit card, if the product cannot be made available to you.
